1. Business Information

This website is operated by Esoteric Earth. By placing an order through this website you agree to the policies outlined below. These policies are designed to comply with UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

2. Ordering

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

Esoteric Earth reserves the right to cancel or refund an order if:

• a product becomes unavailable

• a pricing error has occurred

• fraudulent activity is suspected

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where applicable.

Delivery times provided by postal carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Esoteric Earth cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

 

4. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You must notify us of your intention to cancel within this 14-day period.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items must be:

• unused

• in their original condition

• returned with original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning goods, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in return transit.

 

5. Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will include the cost of the item and the standard outbound delivery cost where required under UK law.

Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 working days after the return has been received.

 

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.

We will arrange either:

• a replacement

• or a full refund including return postage.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• opened oils or liquids

• personalised or custom items

• items altered after purchase

 

8. Digital Products

Digital products (including downloadable files, PDFs, guides, recordings, or other instant-access content) are non-refundable once supplied or accessed, except where the digital content is faulty.

By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge that delivery of digital content begins immediately after purchase and you therefore waive the standard cancellation rights that apply to physical goods.

If a digital product cannot be accessed or is defective, we will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Where a purchase includes both digital and physical items, the digital portion remains non-refundable once accessed.

 

9. Natural Products Disclaimer

Many items sold by Esoteric Earth are natural crystals and minerals. Variations in colour, shape, size, natural inclusions, and surface texture are normal characteristics of natural minerals and should not be considered defects. Each crystal is unique. you will be shown photos in the listing of the exact piece you will receive.

 

10. Metaphysical Disclaimer

Any metaphysical or energetic information provided about crystals is offered for educational and informational purposes only.

No medical or health claims are made regarding any products sold by Esoteric Earth.

Crystals and minerals should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.

 

11. Use of Products

All products sold by Esoteric Earth are intended for personal use and enjoyment.

Customers are responsible for the safe and appropriate use of any items purchased.

Esoteric Earth cannot guarantee specific metaphysical or energetic outcomes.
